GWS – More than just a pretty face !
There’s quite a lot that goes on at GWS Photography that most people don’t know about.
We have one of the best portrait studios in the country for quality of work and location and comfort of the settings… but it would be too easy to say we just do portraits of people & pets.
Our outdoor shoots at Binning Woods
Most of our outdoor shoots are taken at Binning Woods near Tyninghamme.
Unless we arrange something else with you this is where to go and what to expect.
It’s a really beautiful woodland walk at all times of year with nice easy paths along the way, and more slightly rough areas we can go to if we can if it will give us good photos.
This is us… the GWS team
We enjoy having fun shoots, and we’re not afraid to try ideas out on ourselves. The paper poke idea here is quite good fun… we’ve even used this on dogs and cats… in fact we won Scottish Pet Photographer of the Year for 2022 with a photo of 3 cats doing a paper poke (you can see that photo on the Pets section of the website.
Out with the old and in with the new (website)
Well this has been a very long time coming.
Our old website was built from a template by me, and over the last 12 years it’s had so many plasters stuck to it I was forgetting where all the bits were and how it held together.
