What are these free shoots for ?

We are always needing to try out new ideas in the studio…. maybe we have new props, new lighting or a different style we want to try.

So Leanne is keen to always have these free shoots every month or so to test ideas out. You have to be willing for us to use and share the images as we need, but you will get an amazing free shoot and a complimentary print.

What Age for your Baby Shoot?

The best age ranges for bump & baby shoots are:

Maternity – usually from 28+ weeks
First two weeks – Newborn portraits (gorgeous!)
Around 6-8 months on (or when your child is self-supporting and sitting up)
1 year old – Cake Smash or paint party !
2 year birthday… cake smash part 2 !
3 years on – great for remembering these times when they are keen to explore their exciting world.

Meet our Baby Whisperer

Baby, infant & maternity portraits are taken by Leanne Kerr, our very own dedicated baby photographer. Such is Leanne’s talent and passion for photography that she passed her Master Photographers’ Association Licentiate in just 6 months, one of the fastest ever.

Our studio sessions are VERY popular and book up 3-5 weeks in advance. Feel free to book as soon as you have a due date, and if baby comes later than expected we’ll move your shoot for free

Places are always limited – and shoots are on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.

Cake Smash!

Cake Smash sessions are one of the most fun portraits we do. We start off with some ‘normal’ family portraits, get plenty photos of the wee one on their own, then change outfits ready for some cake chaos!

A full, fun, family shoot ending with the big first birthday celebrations, and we can supply the cake & balloons at no extra charge too!
