📜 Terms & Conditions
To keep things running smoothly (and fairly!), here’s the important stuff you need to know about your Quantum Club membership:

- Membership is available exclusively to clients who’ve purchased a Quantum PLUS a qualifying product (like a Treasure Box, Wall Wow, or XL frame).

- Your shoots are for you and your immediate family and/or pets. You’re welcome to include extended family in the photos, but only those present at the original qualifying shoot can access the membership benefits.

- Top-Up Shoots run Wednesday to Saturday, including daytime, late afternoon, and some early evenings., but only from the diary on THIS page. Outdoors sessions (we usually do these at Binning Woods) will need to be arranged specially to suit studio times.
All bookings are subject to studio availability. We’ll always do our best to fit you in.

- You can enjoy up to 4 Top-Up over a 2 year period, spaced at least 4 months apart.

- For pet sessions, the £249 rate covers individual pets. If you’ve got more than one furry friend, just ask us for a special rate.

- Quantum Club discounts can’t be offered on products paid with 6, 10 or 12 month interest free payment plans.

- When your photos are ready, you can choose to enjoy them via your Quantum right away — or book a viewing session if you’re thinking about adding extras.

- Prices, packages, and benefits are guaranteed for 12 months from your qualification date. After that, we may make changes — but we’ll always be fair and transparent.

💷 How much is each session, and what do we get?
Each Top-Up Shoot is £249, which includes:
• All the edited photos from your session added to your Quantum App & Card

🛍 Do I have to spend anything else?
No — there’s no obligation to buy extras.
But as a Quantum Club member, you’ll have access to some incredible exclusive offers if you do fancy something special.
📅 When can I book, and are weekends available?
Shoots run Wednesday to Saturday, but only from the diary on THIS page – not the baby, portrait or pet page.📸
👨👩👧 Can my family use my membership too?
Yes — but only those who were part of your original qualifying session. Whoever qualified for the Quantum Club must be in attendance for all Q Club shoots. The new sessions will be added to the original Quantum App.
🐶 Can I use it for a dog or cat portrait?
Yes — as long as it’s for your own pet and it’s a solo shoot.

📆 How many shoots are included, and how long does my membership last?
You get up to 4 Top-Up Shoots per membership, spaced at least 4 months apart.
Your membership lasts 24 months, but it automatically renews for another 12 months each time you purchase a qualifying product at the member rate.
