We know it’s natural to wonder about costs before you book — and while every family chooses something different, here’s a simple guide to help you understand how things work at GWS. We’re not a “one size fits all” studio, so instead of a rigid price list, we focus on helping you create something you’ll truly love.
We’re not a “stick all the photos on a USB stick” studio. What we do is different — the experience, the quality, the finish, and the way we help you enjoy your portraits for years to come. You might have seen other photographers advertise “a few digitals” for a bargain price… but that’s not us.
We encourage you to have LESS – choose your ultimate favourites to be seen every day. Not a massive pile of photos on your phone’s camera roll… forgotten in 3 weeks.

Every family is different, and so is what they choose to take home. Our clients typically spend between £300 and £2000, depending on the size and style of what they fall in love with. Some prefer to start at the £300 level and keep things simple, others go for larger displays and invest more — either way, we’ll make sure you go home with something you love.
Our Signature Collections combine beautiful printed photographs to display at home, a full digital archive to share and store with our unique Quantum Card & App, and our Quantum Club – with massive savings on all your future shoots. Signature Collections start at £1250

Our prints are professionaly printed and matted… meaning they are ready to be dropped into frames.
They have a 14×11″ outside size and are £120 each.
Perfect for clients on smaller budgets – they can still have a beautiful display at home.
Our Diamond Presentation boxes come in 5 or 10 prints. The box of five prints is £550.

Our Fine Art Frame.
It has a cool magnetic front meaning you can change the photo on display as often as you like from your box set.
Lots of our clients add two or three of these frames to their order, sometimes gifting to grandparents.
