Rebecca & Steven's wedding in Dunbar

01st December 2014
Another "winter" wedding, but again, the weather gods were smiling, well, they were smirking maybe. Yes it was a bit cold, but the day was able to run without anyone getting soaked or blown over.

I started off my day nice and early down at the new Holiday Chalet by Belhaven Bridge, meeting up with Rebecca & her entourage and snapping away at the dresses, shoes flowers, and on occasion - the odd person.

Rebecca is an extremely lively & bubbly girl and was well up for the day. Very pretty too - so it all boded well for some great photos.
(Yes Steven is a catch too girls :) )

Before we knew it, 12pm had came and the bridesmaids were tying Rebecca into her dress... quick batch of happy photos and off I ran to Dunbar Parish Church.

The ceremony was very sweet, Rev Gordon Stevenson hosting the events as well as ever.
Then, seeing as it's December and a tad chilly, we did a batch of family photos inside, before we sent the guests off to Craigielaw Golf Club while we stuck around for a few more photos.

Rebecca & Steven have a back history involving VW Campervans, and had one on the day for transport. I'd have been mad not to have taken advantage of this, so we planned a route from Dunbar to Craigielaw that allowed us a brief stop in a layby to get a few shots of the happy couple and their (well for the day) VW.

I had to utilise the best man to come with me in the car then hold the off camera flash for me, or it would have blown out to sea.

A great day out.
One thing for me that stood out was the love for each other this couple have, you can see in the photos the wonderful looks they give each other.

So here's a sample of the photos, the slideshow, and the full portfolio is in our Gallery section now for all friends & family to view and buy the odd print, if you so desire :) You'll need to get the password from the newly weds though.

Many thanks to the new Mr & Mrs Low for having me with them on their day.
