Olivia & Keith's wedding @ Pencaitland

15th September 2012
Everyone was looking forward to this wedding after the great pre-wedding shoot we had at Hailes Castle with Olivia & Keith. A lovely couple that really click together.
The wedding was at Pencaitland Parish Church (first time I've been there), and it was great fun. There were a few giggle moments when some of the kids didn't quite grasp where they were meant to go but on the whole - a lovely service by Rev Torrance.

After a quick cuddle & kiss 10 minutes outside for family & friends, we got through a short formals list quite quickly then took the wedding party off for a 20 minute walk for some more intimate photos, before packing everyone back into the Rolls Royce & VW Camper van (the same one used by Ashley & Brendan a few weeks back) and headed for Whitekirk where the evening festivities were to take place.

We had planned on doing a few more family shots & group photos once at Whitekirk, but the way the afternoon unfolded kind of put a stop to that, and before we knew it ... the evening guests were on site, and the dancing started. But no harm done as we'd built that into our afternoon sessions anyway, and we have a great portfolio of photos regardless.

Here's a wee taster, with the full shebang up on the site on Saturday afternoon, once the new Mr & Mrs Colgan have had their private viewing...

"My husband and I were disappointed that we could not attend the event but after viewing all the delightful photographs it now makes me feel I was there and it has been fantastic bringing the wedding and reception in to my lounge. Thoroughly enjoyed my Friday film show, Many thanks LJ"
