Kelsey & Fraser's wedding in North Berwick

10th August 2016
A sunny morning trip to North Berwick was in order to meet up with Kelsey & the girls at Kelsey's mum's. A great house in the town with bags of light... a good photography house :)

I'd parked up back down the road at the back of the church where the ceremony was going to take place later, thinking ahead to not getting parked so easy when I needed to dump the car and get into the church. The girls were chilled and relaxed - but obviously looking forward to the day.
Things got a little bit emotional at dress on time, just as the reality of the day hit. It's a common high alert part of the day when the easy relaxing time has gone, and it's now time to prepare for the wedding properly, and it's even more intense if there are loved ones no longer with us.

But it was all going well as I left the ladies to run back to the church and get ready. Fairly soon Fraser and the groomsmen were on hand, then the bridesmaids, then with all the guests sent inside the church - our lovely bride & her equally lovely mum arrived.

The ceremony went along just fine, it became abundantly clear that everyone close to our happy couple knew how much this wedding meant to them both, and it was lovely to witness.
We then got outside and did 5 minutes of wedding party pictures before we did a quick tour of the golfing hotspots that Fraser asked to include on the day... and they turned out to give us some fab pics.
Once we'd holed those (get it... holed ? I used to write jokes for Canon & Ball) we headed along to The Glen Golf Club to catch up with all the other guests and finished of our photos with some group shots, them some stormy bride & groom pics, just in time for the sky turning nice and moody for us.
I got to catch up with the delightful wee Haggis again - Fraser & Kelsey's amazing wee dog that I'd met at the pre-wedding shoot at Gosford.

Some speeches inside then, as Dave from the Glen led his staff well, and the wedding guests then tucked into a fab dinner, as myself and videographer for the day Adam snacked and chatted about how happy Kelsey & Fraser had been all day, and how it makes our job so good.

Dinner turned to evening, the amazing Bleaker turned up to get the party really started than before everyone got too into the dancing spirit, Kelsey & Fraser got me to take them up to the top of the glen for a last section of photos, where we finished off with some crackers.
It's always great up there and our newly weds just fell into each other's arms and enjoyed the day even more.

Another top East Lothian wedding, another top couple.

The slideshow is above there ^^ and if you would like to be notified when the full portfolio of over 500 photos are ready, you can pre-register here...

This is where the full gallery will be after Fraser & Kelsey have viewed the photos themselves.

All the best to Kelsey & Fraser, thanks for having me at your amazing day !
