Janine & Steven pws

22nd April 2013
It's amazing the amount of places you realise you've never been to until you do actually go there.
There's not a season goes by without getting booked for a wedding at a venue I've never shot at (sometimes never heard of), but then again, there's a finite number of weddings I can do each year, and more often than not the most popular venues keep cropping up. Like last years's weddings at The Log Cabin.

When I arranged to meet up with Janine & Steven for their pre-wedding shoot at the weekend there at Gullane Beach, it was a strange thought that I'd never once been there before at all. Even just for a visit.

Didn't even know where it was !

Anyway , soooo glad we did go there as it is a fantastic beach. I'll be back there a lot with couples.

Janine & Steven are getting married in June at Gladsmuir Church. The wedding photography there will be great with plenty scope for good pics inside, and the ruins out the back. Saturday though was the pre-shoot & catch up. And the weather for our short visit together summed up the year so far. Very dark & wet, then within a few minutes lovely sunshine.

We had a good laugh, I checked all my details and we arranged a shooting plan for the big day.

Here's a selection of their shoot from the day...
