Gail & George's wedding at Dalmahoy

15th July 2014
It's been 2 years since I did any wedding photography at Dalmahoy, but this was the first time I was in the church at the site entrance for the ceremony. St Mary's church is lovely, small , but great for a wedding for up to 100 peeps.

Once the ceremony was finished and through the doors stepped the new Mr & Mrs Paterson... we started shuttling the guests along to the hotel while we spent 15 minutes grabbing a few photos.... with one eye on the clouds gathering in.
We did ok though :)

Along at the hotel , the wedding continued as planned, up until George lost his speech, but that just added to the charm of the day.

I hung around a wee bit longer than planned to see if we could get outside for some more fun pics, but my efforts at going the extra mile were thwarted by the promised rain.
It didn't stop some keen golfers, but girls in pretty frocks wouldn't have went out in that !

Still... a great day out had by all.

All the best to Gail & George.
Here's a sample of the photos, and the full portfolio will be in the Gallery Section to view soon - and if you like, buy the odd print.
(You'll need the password from G&G to view the full portfolio).
