Amy & Darren's wedding at Dunglass

10th July 2014
I could easily start another blog about typical Scottish weather on a wedding day... how the morning with the girls kept throwing up rain showers... but then once we all got to Dunglass... it was lovely.

But I'm not going to.

OK, I did, but hey , what else would a Scottish Wedding blog be about :)
So , like I was saying, once I'd left the girls at Dunbar and set up camp with daughter Annie - assisting me for the first time - at Dunglass, you could see the promised better weather breaking through.
By the time the ceremony started it was glorious.

Amy & Darren both looked swell, and the ceremony by my old friend Rev Lawrence Twaddle was sweet.
Once we got outside we gave everyone a wee while to cuddle, kiss & drink bubbly, then we set about some "official photos" like this...

.... another wee break for Amy & Darren, then we took a wee walk around the grounds for some nice pictures like this...

That took us up to wedding breakfast & speech times, but I was back on site for an hour later to get some more chilled shots. Always good to let the wedding party have a few pints, then we can work them that wee bit harder.
people with full tummies and a few pints down them are way more adventurous than at the start of the day :)

So, the full portfolio is going into our Gallery Section now, and if you'd like a wee look-see and possibly even buy a print or two , you can get the password from Amy & Darren.
Here's the slideshow we made for them, and below that a sample of more pictures too.

All the best to Amy & Darren, another great couple , an absolute joy to work with... x
