3 days, 3 pre-wedding shoots

28th June 2012
East Lothian is well known for it's fast changing weather, and these 3 days certainly proved that, with 3 very different situations to deal with... these were also 3 shoots that were coming straight after the big exhibition in our studio & another wedding meet up with another couple booking up.

On Sunday I met up with Laura & Steve, a nice day (at the start, then it rained , then it was sunny... (rinse & repeat lol) my reflector was in , out up down... we stayed close to home for me , as I knew Lochend woods offered protection from showers while offering paths and open space should it get really sunny.
Laura & Steve get married in August at The Glen Golf Club in North Berwick.

On Monday I hooked up with Claire & John at Seacliff, a great small very quiet beach with lots of features. A lovely evening with full on sun. Seacliff is an interesting spot with ruins, beach, woods & ruins... a photographer designed area :)
Claire & John get married at The Marine Hotel, North Berwick in August, in fact the day after Laura & Steve.

On Tuesday, it was wet... to be fair it was wet all day, but my iphone app said it was going to clear up, so after meeting up with Devon & Jonny in the studio, we decided, seeing as it was going to "clear up" to go to John Muir and have a stroll through the woods...
At times (very briefly) it seemed like the rain might be giving up , but typically - as we got to the furthest point we could , it was chucking it down ! But, like the dedicated people we all are we plodded on, and still enjoyed ourselves.
Devon & Jonny get married at Broxmouth House in Dunbar in August too.

So thanks to everyone for this week's great shoots. As always I had a blast and we got a great range of pics in 3 quick blasts.

Looking forward to all 3 weddings.
